You can upload your artwork when you place your order or when you request a quotation.File TypesWhen providing artwork, a vector format is the most preferable. Acceptable vector file types are: .PDF .EPS .AI
Text, Graphics and Images All text should be converted to outlines as this will avoid font substitution.
All non-vector graphics and images, such as JPG/PSD need to be at least 300dpi at the correct size. If your images look pixilated on the screen then there is a high chance that it is not a high enough quality for wide format printing.
Colour ProfilesOur dye sublimation printer uses the CMYK+ colour profile which gives us an extensive colour gamut. Ideally all colours should be specified in either a CYMK or a PANTONE reference. We can print RGB values however we cannot guarantee that the finished print will match what you see on your screen. For exact colour matches we recommend PANTONE values only.
If your artwork is unsuitable for large format printing and you are unable to provide alternative artwork, then we can offer a graphic design service (charged at £45 per hour) to produce a suitable version of your artwork. For further information please get in touch via email or telephone.
