Canvas

A classic hard wearing 100% polyester canvas with a distinct canvas weave and texture.

 

Country Linen Canvas

Linen-Style Texture: A heavier, canvas-inspired fabric in a natural off-white shade suiting s rustic look. Less suited if printing vibrant colours.

 

Twill

A classic cotton-look finish 100% polyester fabric with a smoother weave than the canvas but still providing a distinct twill texture. A great all rounder but especially suited whe you want bright and vibrant colours to really 'pop'.

 

Super Soft Velvet

A fleecy fabric with a super soft feel. Ultra-soft touch — comfort you can see and feel.

 


There are three ways you can get your design printed. Whichever way you choose, we will carry out checks before production to make sure it is ‘print-ready’.

(1) Online Design

Choose your options and click on ‘Design and Order’. In the online design tool you will be able to:

  • Upload any logo and image files you have.
  • Position, size and repeats logos and images.
  • Add other logos, text, QR codes or any other images that you wish.
  • Specify any fabric colour.
  • Proof online before printing.
  • Then complete your order in the checkout.

(2) Design offline with a template

  • Select your options then place your order via the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • Downloadable PDF templates can be found below. These can be used in any design app you wish such as illustrator.
  • Notes for designers. Please convert all text to outlines (vectorise). While we are printing CMYK, generally it’s better that we do the RGB or Pantone conversion to CMYK so you can design in your preferred colour space. 300dpi is ideal but 150dpi on fabric will be almost as close in quality so is fine where 300dpi cannot be achieved.

(3) Upload you logo or other artwork using the facility here when you order.

  • We will check it and apply it to a template and send you a digital proof for approval before printing. Best if you are not comfortable using methods 1 and 2 above. We’re happy to help!

  • Print on one or both sides. Reverse will be white unprinted if only one side is printed.
  • Order with or without inner pad allowing you to re-use any existing inner pads.

1. What is the Economy Cushion Range?

The Economy  Range offers affordable, great-quality printed cushions ideal for promotional use, events, giveaways, or budget-conscious interior projects.

2. What sizes are available in the economy range?

All economy cushions are 40×40 cm.

3. What fabric is used for the cushion covers?

These cushions are made with a durable polyester fabric in a variety of finishes, chosen for its excellent print quality.

4. Are these cushions suitable for full-colour printing?

Yes! The fabric is designed for full-colour sublimation printing, allowing vibrant reproduction of artwork, logos, or photos. However the economy range will have a white background border at the edge.

5. Do the economy cushions include inner pads?

Yes, all cushions in this range come complete with a soft hollowfibre inner pad unless you choose the “cover only” option.

6. Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes, all covers have a hidden zipper and can be machine-washed at 30°C. We recommend air drying to preserve the print.

7. Can I order custom designs or logos?
Absolutely. Upload your artwork or logo during the order process, and we’ll print it directly onto the cushion covers.

8. What’s the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order and we offer attractive bulk order discounts for orders of multiple printed cushions.

9. How long does delivery take?

Custom printed cushions typically ship within 3-5 working days. Check the live dates on the website when ordering.

Economy Custom Printed Cushions

The economy range of custom printed cushions doesn't compromise on print or fabric quality. Choose from 4 popular fabrics in the most popular size of 40cm x 40cm.Printing is carried out via dye-sublimation for print that is fully dyed into the fabric (no surface transfer or screen prints) for colours that really stand out and are durable.The only limitation on print is that the cushion fabric background will be white and there will be a small unprinted border area aound the printed artwork.For a cushion with a solid colour or pattern all over without any border then our range of premium custom printed cushions will provide this along with a wider choice of sizes and fabrics.
