- The inner pads are Fire Regulation compliant to BS5852 Part 2 and generously filled with hollow fibre. As standard we overfill by 12% compared to regular inner pads for an extra luxury feel and bounce back and also durability.
- All organic fabrics are GOTS certified.
- AL Fire Retardant (FR) fabrics are certifed to either or both DIN 4102 (B1) and / or BS5867 part 2 for wide UK and international acceptability. Please refer to the fabric details pages for additional information. (or ask us if you have any questions or need any advice).
- FR outer covers are not generally a requirement for cushions however some settings (exhibition centres, nursing homes, etc) may require this.
- Cushions 50cm and over need specific labelling if they are to be sold through retail (in person or online). This is not generally required for event or commercial use. If you are buying 50cm or above cushions you will have the option to have these labels included at no extra charge.
- If you choose to have a zip option the cover will be fully removable. The covers can be washed on a low temperature cycle. Cool dry.
- If you need to you can always order an replacement cover to fit your inner pad without ordering a new inner pad.

There are three ways you can get your design printed. Whichever way you choose, we will carry out checks before production to make sure it is ‘print-ready’.
(1) Online Design
Choose your options and click on ‘Design and Order’. In the online design tool you will be able to:
- Upload any logo and image files you have.
- Position, size and repeats logos and images.
- Add other logos, text, QR codes or any other images that you wish.
- Specify any fabric colour.
- Proof online before printing.
- Then complete your order in the checkout.
(2) Design offline with a template
- Select your options then place your order via the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
- Downloadable PDF templates can be found below. These can be used in any design app you wish such as illustrator.
- Notes for designers. Please convert all text to outlines (vectorise). While we are printing CMYK, generally it’s better that we do the RGB or Pantone conversion to CMYK so you can design in your preferred colour space. 300dpi is ideal but 150dpi on fabric will be almost as close in quality so is fine where 300dpi cannot be achieved.
(3) Upload you logo or other artwork using the facility here when you order.
- We will check it and apply it to a template and send you a digital proof for approval before printing. Best if you are not comfortable using methods 1 and 2 above. We’re happy to help!

- SIZE: The most popular sizes are 40cm & 45cm. This is perfect for most promotional and event uses.
- Larger sizes add an extra ‘wow’ factor and are a good investment for long term use where space allows or for luxury high-end events.
- PRINT: Print on one or both sides.
- If printing both sides the reverse will be the same fabric as the front but you can have a different print front and back.
- If printing single-sided the reverse will be in classic polyester in the colour that you choose. Printing double-sided is only a small additional cost.
- INNER PAD: Order with or without inner pad allowing you to re-use any existing inner pads.
- ZIP: Choose a zip to be able to be able to remove the inner pad (for example to get replacement covers in the future), or choose a sealed enclosure to save on cost.
- PIPING: Add finishing touches such as piping in either a solid colour or have the piping made from the same pint as the cushion ‘self piping’.

Custom Printed Outdoor Cushions
- Water resistant covers that provide a matte fabric look and feel while ensuring resistance to the light rain or drinks spills etc.

- The printing is 'all over'. You can have any colour that you want or an all over pattern that bleeds all the way into the hem and zip enclosures.
- If you already have cushion inner pads we can supply these as covers only.
- Please note the cushions are not fully waterproof at all the joins. Like other outdoor upholstery they are able to handle the occasional rain but should not be left out permanently or in persistant rain etc. While UV resistant, like all fabrics and prints they will degrade faster if left in long-term direct sun.
