There are three ways you can get your design printed. Whichever way you choose, we will carry out checks before production to make sure it is ‘print-ready’.

(1) Online Design

Choose your options and click on ‘Design and Order’. In the online design tool you will be able to:

  • Upload any logo and image files you have.
  • Position, size and repeats logos and images.
  • Add other logos, text, QR codes or any other images that you wish.
  • Specify any fabric colour.
  • Proof online before printing.
  • Then complete your order in the checkout.

(2) Design offline with a template

  • Select your options then place your order via the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • Downloadable PDF templates can be found below. These can be used in any design app you wish such as illustrator.
  • Notes for designers. Please convert all text to outlines (vectorise). While we are printing CMYK, generally it’s better that we do the RGB or Pantone conversion to CMYK so you can design in your preferred colour space. 300dpi is ideal but 150dpi on fabric will be almost as close in quality so is fine where 300dpi cannot be achieved.

(3) Upload you logo or other artwork using the facility here when you order.

  • We will check it and apply it to a template and send you a digital proof for approval before printing. Best if you are not comfortable using methods 1 and 2 above. We’re happy to help!

An ‘Open Back’ printed stretchy tablecloth has an arch at the rear that only partially covers the back. This has a couple of benefits.
  • Somebody can sit behind the table and get their legs under. Often useful at trade fairs and for registration desks etc. or conferences.
  • It gives you a place to store things. Brochures or personal bags etc, The back is often out of sight as the back is normally facing a wall or the back of an exhibition stand.
A ‘Closed Back’ printed stretchy tablecloth gives you branding on all four sides and is the best solution where the public or delegates will be sitting or standing around all sides of the table and nobody is seated at the table.
  • Custom sizes can be easily made as required. Please contact us with your table dimensions and we can do the rest.
  • Special features such as a zip back can be fitted by request. Please contact us.
  • The fabric for the printed stretchy tablecloth is 72% Polyester 18% Spandex. This provides a high level of stretch and more also’recovery’ after stretching allowing it to return to it’s original size.
  • Printing is by eco-friendly water based solvent-free dye-sublimation using Oeketex certified inks that meet the highest level of safety and environmental standards.
  • A heavyweight 180gsm spandex fabric ensures the fabric provides a good level of opacity and is tough enough to withstand multiple repeat fittngs.
  • If you require a stretchy tablecloth in a Fire Retardant (FR) certified stretch fabric please contact us as we can also provide this.

1. Is the print a transfer that will crack and peel?
No. Our sprinted stretchy tablecloths are 100% printed by dye-sublimation to avoid this problem. The inks are fully dyed into the fabric under high heat and pressure with no transfer material etc.

2. Is the printed stretchy tablecloth machine washable?
Yes! The fabric is the same type used for sports kit and the print process is also widely used on sports kit. I.E. These are processes and materials designed for regular use and washing. Like any dyed or printed fabric there will always be some reducion in colour intensity over repeated laundry but by taking care to use a synthetics cyle and low temperature the tablecloths will be good for multiple events obver months and years. The best news is that you will never need to iron it!

4. How do I get my logo and anything else printed onto the printed stretchy spandex tablecloth?

6. How long does it take to producs a printed stretchy tablecloth?
Standard production time is 3–5 working days. Large or complex orders may take slightly longer. Please see the live updated delivery time notification on the website.
