Textile Town Company Information

The company started in 1996 and operates from premises in London and South Wales. We specialise in textile solutions for the Events, Hospitalty, Exhibitions, POS and Promotional industries.

Who do we sell to?
Our customers include:

  • Marquee Hire Companies & Event Managers
  • Marketing and Advertising Agencies
  • Hotels including Hilton, Marriot, De Vere, Radisson Edwardian and Holiday Inn.
  • Famous venues such as Chequers – the Prime Ministers country residence & Kensington Roof Gardens
  • And many custom projects such as; bespoke chair customers for the Big Brother TV show & 6500 custom dyed sashes and chair covers for the Ryder Cup.

How we work
We know that if you get the right product you’ll probably come back for more. If you don’t you probably won’t. That’s why you may find us asking you as many questions as you ask us. It’s by finding out what you are trying to do, the look you want, the laundering plan, etc that we can help you select the best fabric, design, and size choice.

Who are we?
Our Managing Director is the former MD of a London Stock Exchange listed Public Company and has been involved in the business for 10+ years.
Our Product Development Manager combines a degree in mechanical engineering with Post Graduate studies at the London College of Fashion. These combined skills mean products that not only look good but are also structurally fit for intensive commercial use.
Our Production Manager has 18 years of experience running garment assembly production operations and buying, and testing textiles.
Our Operations Manager has a degree in Supply Chain Management and ensures the tight deadlines and quality standards demanded by our clients are met.
Our Product Manager has a degree in Textile Design.

When you email or call us you will be dealing wth one of our named friendly experts who will help with all the advice you need and take ownership of all aspects of customer service from order to delivery to any after-sales assistance that you need.

Our Sewing Machinists use the latest equipment and most have been working for us for many years with several more than 10 years. All are well trained in our quality standards and this stable production force means consistant quality and products. This ensures that a product you buy today will match the original you bought 10 years ago, or that the replacement or additions you may need in 1 month or 5 years time will match the ones you buy today.

Our Fabric Suppliers. Textiles are a global business and we purchase wherever we can to get the quality level we demand, at thebest possible price . We purchase directly here in UK as well as importing from China, India, Spain, Poland, and Turkey. We are proud that 90% of our imports come from weaving and dyeing sources that we have been buying from for more than 10 years ensuring quality and consistancy in our finished products.

Our Delivery Partner. All of our orders are despatched with DPD who one of the highest reliability levels in the business with the added convenience of live real-time online tracking and a 1 hour predicted window for your delivery removing stress and saving you time.
