Branded chair covers are specially designed and customized covers for chairs that feature a company or organization’s logo, name, or design. They are often used for promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and other occasions to enhance brand visibility.

Printed chair covers are commonly made from either polyester or a stretchy spandex fabric. We also supply these in specialist fabrics such as sustainable recycled fabrics, fire retardant fabrics, and even organic cotton. The choice of whether to have a stretchy printed chair cover or a standard non-stretch one is normally down to the chair shape. We can advise on that. 

Yes, chair covers can be fully printed to match my branding needs. Yes – you can choose the colour, logo placement, and design elements to create a unique look that aligns with your brand’s identity.

Making sure your printed chair covers will be durable for multiple events and not transfer any print to clothing is really important.  The print methods we use are printed directly onto the fabric itself with long-lasting dyes penetrating deep into the fibres. This means they will be durable, can be laundered, and will never transfer to the sitters clothing.

Yes, our branded chair covers are designed for reuse. High-quality materials and printing techniques can ensure that they maintain their appearance over multiple events.

Lead times will depend on the size of the order and how busy our production facility is. Typically around 7 working days for production. It can however take a bit of time to make sure the artwork is right, the style and size and fabric choice are right for the chair, and to test any fitting samples needed before production. It is therefore best to start the process 4 weeks before you actually need them delivered.

Yes, chair covers are available in various sizes to fit different chair types. We will request some simple measurements from you and ideally a picture of the chair to ensure a proper fit.

You will need to provide a high-quality digital image file of your logo or artwork. We will then use this image to create a digital mockup for your approval and to meet your design requirements. We can also supply you with a template for your own designers to do this.

Yes. Once you have selected your tablecloth size you will be shown all the discounts available for multiple units with discounts from as little as just two tablecloths. If you require more than 25 units or require multiple units with different artwork or variable data included on them please contact us for a bespoke discounted price quotation.

Yes. We regularly despatch to venues all over the world and we have fast economical  international delivery options to make the logistics of your event run smoothly.

We offer a choice of two fire retardant (FR) fabrics where this is a requirement. The type of FR rating on these is suitable for most international exhibition and conference venues. Fire-retardant branded chair covers are rarely needed however and regular fabrics should be fine.
