Unsure of the size?

The most common type of table is a 6′ or 180cm table. These are very similar in size. One is designed for older type UK 6′ tables (72″ long) while hte other fits perfectly onot the European equivalent 180cm tables now mostly sold in the UK. If you are unsure about th eexact table don’t worry too much as you can fold the ends under and ‘box’ the corners in if you find yourself at a venue with a smaller table.
You can always adjust the printed tablecloth position across the width to make sure the important front drop and your logo is presented correctly whatever the table type size.
So – if in doubt go for a 6′ or 180cm option as these are the most common table sizes and can always be folded to fit on smaller tables.

Tablecloth FAQs. Frequently Asked Questions.

The tablecloth should be big enough to drop to the floor at the front where your logo will be and to the floor on the two ends so it looks professional from the front and sides. You also need either a short or long rear drop. This means that you need a table cloth that is 70″ or 180cm from front to back and 60″ or 150cm longer than the length of the table. To make it easy we have designed our tablecloths to fit perfectly on each of the standard table sizes and you can select these above and see which size tablecloth is needed for which size table.

You can get your logo printed onto a tablecloth easily by uploading it to into the online designer. There you can add additional text or images if you want and also set the background colour of the tablecloth to be the exact colour that you want.

Yes. We can make any size or shape of custom printed tablecloth that you want.  You can design your own shape of have us do it for you. Any shape at all is possible and there are no limits on size.

We offer a selection of 6 fabrics including the economy option and popular exhibition suedette which has exceptionally low maintenance and offers crease free suitcase to table use. We also offer special options such as fire retardant fabric, waterproof fabric, recycled polyester (from water bottles) and organic cotton.

Making sure your printed tablecloth is durable is really important. You may have seen examples which have been printed by a transfer or vinyl cut out process where the print starts to crack, gets damaged when folded, and the whites start to yellow after a few  weeks. Fortunately there are much better alternative print methods. We use two different print processes depending on the fabric type. Unlike surface print methods, both of these print directly onto the fabric itself with long-lasting dyes penetrating deep into the fibres. These two processes are dye-sublimation (for synthetics) and pigment ink process (for natural fabrics).

All of our printed tablecloths can be machine washed. However, with some of the fabrics you shouldn’t need to do so. The popular exhibition suedette can just be brushed or vaccumed to maintain it like upholstery (it is actually a microfibre upholstery fabric technically) while the waterproof fabric can just be wiped down with a damp cloth.

Yes. Our waterproof printed tablecloths are perfect for outdoor use or indeed indoor use where they are being used for food service or crafts where they might get wet. For indoor use our exhibition suedette is the perfect fabric. All our printed fabric tablecloths are machine washable so depending on conditions can be used indoors or outdoors.

We use dye sublimtion to print our synthetic fibre tablecloths and pigment process inks for our natural fibre tablecloths. These are both durable processes that are eco friendly and water-based (no solvents) and are Oekotex certified as free from harmful substances. Both methods of printing tablecloths are durable and produce a wide and vivid colour range.

Yes. There are no limits on colours that are printed and unlike with some other suppliers you can specify the exact background colour of tablecloth you want and there is no need to select from a limited range of pre-dyed colours. We print at up to 1200dpi so the resolution is incredibly high and it is possible to print and read font sizes as small as 4px! If you can think and design it – we can print it!

We accept a wide range of popular file formats for tablcloth printing and indeed many specialist ones. Because a tablecloth used for trade shows or exhibitions is large the ideal format is what is called a’vector’ type file such as an eps, ai, or svg file. These can be scaled to any size without any loss of quality unlike ‘raster’ type files which will need to be very high resolution (lots of pixels) to print well at a large size. If all of this is unfamilir to you just contact our team and we’ll help you get the file type correct.

You need to ensure your logo is ideally in a vector format such as eps, ai, or svg. If it is in a raster format such as jpg, tif, or png it will need to be a high resolution file – ideally 300dpi but 150dpi will do fine as well. Our online deign tool will help you to get this right but if you are unsure about all this we are here to help so please contact us by chat, email, phone, or online form where you can submit any files you have for us to look at and advise.

Yes. If you use our online designer you will get a preview and even a 3D proof of how your tablecloth will look before it is printed. We are also happy to send out generic physical printed samples of the fabric free of charge for you to see and feel. If you are using our design services rather than the online designer tool we will send you a proof as a PDF to review before printing. We can also supply templates for you to use in a graphic design package.

Our standard leadtime is typically 3-5 working days. Our website constantantly updates to show the latest actual lead time for your tablecloth once it has been selected. If you need it sooner than the time displayed please contact us as we can often offer an express service with as little as same day or next day despatch for a small additional charge.

Yes. We offer both. Please contact us for same day and next day production services. We can also offer same day courier services and Next Day express delivery such as pre-10 services. Contact us ASAP to find out the options available.

Yes. Once you have selected your tablecloth size you will be shown all the discounts available for multiple units with discounts from as little as just two tablecloths. If you require more than 25 units or require multiple units with different artwork or variable data included on them please contact us for a bespoke discounted price quotation.

Yes. All of our exhibition tablecloths can be folded. With natural fabrics some slight creasing can occur but this will normally frop out when draped over the table. For the best results use our exhibition suedette fabric which has superb crease free performance when packing and transporting and putting directly on a table.

We offer a choice of two fire retardant (FR) fabrics where this is a requirement. The type of FR rating on these is generally suitable for most exhibition and conference venues across the globe. If you have some specific strictly regulated requirement such as for use on cruise ships or other specialist setting please contact us as we are able to print on a wide range of specialist fabrics to produce tablecloths for such environments.

We are delighted to offer a couple of choices. We offer a recycled polyester fabric (made from PET – plastic drinks bottles) thatis based on Reprieve fibres and offers exceptional look and feel as well as making use of 100% recycled materials. We also offer a certied organic cotton option grown without pesticides or other nasties. The fact the fabric is recycled or organics etc. can also be printed on the cloth to identify that it is a sustainably sourced option.

You certainly can. If you are going to be using the same tablecloth on a variety of table sizes at different trade shows and exhibitions you are better off getting a larger one as it is then easy to fold some of the extra width either under the table at the bottom of by folding a layer back under on the table surface. In fact by folding this way you can also create a neat ‘box’ fit on the table.
