There are a choice of fabrics including a waterproof option, giving this product the flexibility to be used just about anywhere.

Standard Polyester - Our economy polyester is hard wearing and easy to manage, making it perfect for these exhibition seating cubes.
Exhibition Suedette Fabric- If you are looking for a more luxurious feel and finish, our Exhibition Suedette ticks all the boxes.
Fire Retardant Fabric (FR) - Our Fire Retardant Fabric is the perfect choice for exhibitions.
Water Resistant Polyester - Our Water Resistant Polyester is ideal for using outside or anywhere you might experience spillages.

With a polystyrene inner covered with foam, these seating cubes are lightweight, making them easy to transport and are suitable for all kinds of events such as exhibitions, festivals, pop-up shops and offices.

The covers have a velcro fastening at the bottom, which make them easy to remove and machine washable.

Should the cover of your exhibition seating cube become dirty over time, you can simply unfasten the velcro at the bottom to release the bottom panel. The rest of the cover will then just lift off.
We recommend washing on a low temperature to avoid shrinkage. A 30 degree gentle synthetics wash in a domestic machine will be fine.

We use the latest technologies in dye sublimation to give you the best accuracy for colour matching your artwork. This means we are able to print all image types from logos and text, to graphics and photos. Dye Sublimation also ensures the print is wash and rub fast so no risk to clothing or other furnishing.
You have 6 sides, including the bottom and each side can have a different image to convey several messages.

We provide a FREE artwork check and FREE Digital Proof prior to printing on all seating cube orders. If you are not familiar with the technical side of supplying artwork for printing don't worry as our friendly graphic experts will provide you with full support.

You can upload your artwork when you place your order or when you request a quotation.

Artwork File Format (Beginners Guide) For printing, the artwork is best supplied in what is called a vector format such as an 'eps' or 'ai' file. Most graphic design packages will output artwork in this format. If you are unsure about this don't worry. Just send us whatever you have and we will advise you if any changes are required to the format with advice on how to do this.


Artwork File Format (Advanced Guide)The ideal format is Illustrator CS4-6 with any fonts converted to outlines. However we can work with any standard eps files with all vectors preserved. Colours should ideally be specified as Pantone or CMYK refs. For 4 colour process printing onto white fabric please provide file in any standard format either as a vector file or at 300dpi for the print size required if the file contains raster images.

Because we run 8 Colour Presses (CMYK + 4 additional colours) we are able to achieve a very high level of colour accuracy and achieve a range of vivid colours that far exceeds standard CMYK.

Physical print test proof prints from your artwork can be provided at a small charge.

Standard Delivery

Most seating cubes are delivered within 3 working days from order. Once your order is placed we will confirm the delivery date to you.

If you have a specific deadline you can advise us of this when you place your order.

Express Delivery
We can supply seating cubes on a SAME DAY or NEXT DAY service. An additional 'Rush Order' charge of £25 will apply. The actual cut off time to order by will vary depending on the type of print and other factors but is generally around Noon - 1PM. Please call us if you need your seating cube today, tomorrow (next working day), or within 2 working days and we will do everything possible to make this happen. We will be able to advise you straight away if it is possible..

The charge for Same Day Delivery will depend on location and you will be advised of the charge when you call us.
